In accordance with the Guidelines for Indian Government Websites (GIGW 3.0) and Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances (DARPG) standards, the Web Information Manager is responsible for:
- Supervising the authenticity, currency, and accuracy of all official information published across the YIL web portal.
- Enforcing strict compliance with the Content Contribution, Moderation, and Approval Policy (CMAP).
- Conducting scheduled quarterly and half-yearly audits as defined under the Content Review Policy (CRP).
- Systematically transferring expired tenders, notifications, and press releases to the Archive as per the Content Archival Policy (CAP).
- Overseeing website security audits, CERT-In compliance, and the Contingency Management Plan.
- Ensuring timely acknowledgment and resolution of citizen feedback and queries within the mandated 7–15 working day SLA.
- Maintaining total adherence to WCAG 2.2 Level AA accessibility standards for divyangjan (persons with disabilities).
