Content Review Policy (CRP)
The Content Review Policy (CRP) outlines the frequency, methodology, and operational responsibilities for auditing published web content to eliminate outdated, inaccurate, or broken links across the Yantra India Limited portal.
1. Scheduled Review Frequencies
- Quarterly Review (Every 3 Months): Directory of key officials, Who's Who, RTI CPIO/FAA details, production unit contact information, and tender schedules.
- Half-Yearly Review (Every 6 Months): Organizational policies, citizen charters, CSR reports, product brochures, and vigilance circulars.
- Annual Review: Financial results, annual reports, website governance plans, and overall accessibility audits against GIGW 3.0 benchmarks.
2. Audit Execution
The Web Information Manager coordinates with the IT Governance cell to execute automated link-checking scans and content currency checks. Outdated items are updated or routed to the Content Archival pipeline.
