In accordance with GIGW 3.0 Lifecycle Management Guidelines, Yantra India Limited has formulated this Content Contribution, Moderation and Approval Policy (CMAP) to guarantee that all information published on the official web portal undergoes strict verification, authorization, and quality checks.

1. Roles & Workflow Hierarchy

Stage Designated Role Key Responsibility
1. Contribution Unit / Department Content Contributor Drafts content, verifies source data, prepares bilingual translations, and uploads accessible documents with metadata.
2. Moderation Section Head / Nodal Officer Reviews factual accuracy, linguistic propriety, copyright clearance, and GIGW compliance. Returns drafts if revisions are required.
3. Approval Web Information Manager (WIM) / Competent Authority Grants final digital authorization for publishing content to the live public portal.

2. Quality & Authenticity Standards

No content shall be published without verified source documents. All circulars, notifications, tenders, and press releases must be published simultaneously in both English and Hindi with verifiable dates, valid validity periods, and accessible PDF versions.
