The Content Archival Policy (CAP) establishes systematic mechanisms for moving outdated, expired, and historical documents from active browsing sections into the designated official Online Archive of Yantra India Limited, preventing clutter while preserving institutional memory.
1. Archival Matrix by Content Category

2. Public Access to Historical Records
Archived materials remain discoverable through the portal search facility and dedicated archive landing pages, ensuring transparency and compliance with the Right to Information (RTI) Act, 2005.
