Yantra India Limited conducted its 4th Annual General Meeting on 29-09-2025, chaired by Shri Vijaykumar Iyer, CMD (Addl. Charge), in the presence of the Board of Directors, including Shri Rajeev Kalra, Director (Finance), and Shri S. K. Singh, Director (HR). In his address, the CMD highlighted the company’s significant achievements and future roadmap, while appreciating the valuable contributions of shareholders, stakeholders, officers of MoD (GoI), financial institutions, employees, and members of the IR mechanism in YIL’s journey of success so far.

YIL has added another feather to its cap by winning the People First HR Excellence Award 2024 in Employee Relations & IR category.

YIL has been awarded as a Champion in Category of Impactful HR strategy at People first HR Excellence Award 2024 for its innovative PLI scheme. PLI scheme of YIL has been its key strategy towards organizational transformation.

In its inaugural full Financial Year 2022-23, YIL made a remarkable shift, transitioning from the Red to the Green Zone, achieving a Revenue Surplus status. On December 19, 2023, YIL held its 2nd Annual General Meeting.

Great achievement for YIL that MSF, Ishapore has been granted yet another patent for invention "Production of steel cartridge case for Anti Material Rifle " serving two-fold purpose 1. Attaining self-reliability under Make in India initiative. 2. Enabling import substitution.
